New Week, New Goals

Happy Monday! I’m here to start my week and hopefully YOUR week with a bit of motivation.

I’ll admit I haven’t had monthly goals since becoming pregnant. The first trimester was WAY harder than I expected(more on that on Wednesday!) but now that I’m starting to feel a bit better I’m ready to start making some goals again and living with intention. I’m just doing ONE goal for each day. You’ll also notice most of these are focused on a few things which are essential for me at this time. 1. Self-care 2. Spending time with The Mister and 3. Pregnancy.

Without further ado, my goals:

Send postcard to Amanda.

Help The Mister cook dinner.

Have a technology-free night.

Read 20 pages in From The Hips, a pregnancy book.

Go on a date night with The Mister.

Walk Central Park with The Mister.

Exfoliate and moisturize my face and body.

  1. Oh I really like the idea of weekly and daily goals! I need to break mine down more. I always get overwhelmed with my monthly goals.


    1. Me too! That’s why I’m really liking the weekly goals! Now, I just need to remember to only do one or two goals per day so that i don’t overwhelm myself with daily goals. Haha


  2. Wow, I love this idea, Elyse! Too often I tend to focus on monthly goals without actually laying out a plan for accomplishing them. This seems so much manageable–I’m going to have to try this!
