Tea Time With Friends

If you follow me on Instagram you’d know that this past Sunday The Mister and I were invited to high tea by our friends Lauren and Chris at a super cute tea and pastry shop called Patisserie Fur Elise.

It was a cute shop that upstairs served high tea for couples or groups. It was a wonderful experience and we’ve decided we will definitely have to come back!

Look at all these cute photos!

How cute is this front room? We waited here for our tea time reservation.

Look at this high tea spread. Sadly, we didn’t think ahead to call if there were gluten-free options so we’ll be back so that I can enjoy some treats because these looked amazing(and apparently were!)

This is the honey tea made from local British Columbia honey and it’s their house blend.

So tell me, have you ever been to high tea? How was your experience? How was your weekend?

  1. I went to a tea room in St. Louis with my aunt once. It was a lot of fun! I don’t think we have anything like that around here! (And I definitely could NEVER get K to go, haha!)

    1. If you ever get to go to a tea room again you have to take K. The best part is the fact that they dress up(or maybe that’s just what I like, since The Mister doesn’t have to dress up for work so I never see him wearing nice clothing!) and the tea and desserts everyone can get into!
