Fall Goals

I didn’t make any summer goals because I knew we’d have a TON of changes with moving but now we’re full settled into our apartment and fall is literally just around the corner, it’s time to think about what I want to do and accomplish in the next 3 months. I’m linking up with Steph and Sara. So let’s get right to it!

1. Find/make an autumn wreath for our front door.
2. Print photos for family photo wall.
3. Acquire the rest of the frames for the family photo wall.
4. Make a fall dessert, just enough for the two of us.
5. Have a housewarming party.
6. Do yoga 3x a week.
7. Make oatmeal packs and eat them.
8. Find somewhere to volunteer nearby.

As you can tell, I’ve got some realistic(make oatmeal packs) and not so realistic unless I get off my butt and do them(yoga, autumn wreath) goals but I’m sure I’ll accomplish some of them, and who knows maybe I’ll surprise myself!

Stay tuned because I’m also going to start monthly goals in October, because I’d like to see if I can actually accomplish my goals! Don’t miss it!

So tell me, what are some of your fall goals? Do you do anything special or exciting in the fall?

    1. I LOVE that wreath. I’m not crafty at all but I’m sure with the help of Andrew, I’ll be able to do it! It’s exactly what I was thinking. Thanks for sharing, Charlene!

    1. Haha we shall see with the goals.I’ve done yoga once this week…hoping to up my game this week. I’ve also started to make the oatmeal packs so that’s something….

  1. A year or two ago, Dan and I bought the cutest little autumn wreath from Kroger. Or maybe CVS. It’s a basic brown twig wreath with an owl and some fake autumn leaves. It’s hanging on our front door right now! But in a week, I’ll switch it out for our year-round wreath. I have two Halloween clips that I add to our year-round wreath for October. Then I’ll go back to the fall wreath in November.

Also, I cannot WAIT for you to join me with monthly goals! November will mark two years for me. I can’t wait to look back on my goals from one year and two years ago. They often show me how far I’ve come in creating regular good habits.

    1. I love the idea of a year round wreath that you change up! Such a clever idea. I might look for something like that.

Can’t wait to see habits you’ve created with your goals. I’m sure that’ll be a great inspiration for me to keep trying with my goals, since I am SO not a goal-oriented person.
